Lean Meat Soup with Red Mung Beans and Scallops

Ingredients: 15 grams of scallops, 60 grams of lean pork, 15 grams of red beans, 15 grams of mung beans, a little water, a little salt, and a little chopped green onion

Wash the scallops and soak in water until soft.

Tear up and set aside.

Wash the red and green beans and soak them in water for half an hour.

Tips:
When cutting pork, you can cut it into any shape you like.
If you don’t have an electric clay pot, you can put it on the fire in an ordinary soup pot, first bring it to a boil, then turn it to a simmer for 2 hours.
The scallops have a salty taste, so no or less salt can be added to the soup.
