Lean Pork Congee with Oyster Sauce

Prepare ingredients: lean meat, oyster sauce, rice, ginger, green onions.

Cut the oyster sauce in half, shred the lean meat, and shred the ginger.

Pour the oyster sauce into the rice porridge.

Put the lid on the pot and simmer slowly over low heat.

Tips:
1. The small pieces of oyster sauce are more delicious.
2. The porridge with a little lean meat is sweeter, if you like the more fragrant, add some pork belly.
