Learn Pickles with Mother-pickled Sugar Garlic

Fresh garlic bought, peeled and rooted, cleaned up, washed, and soaked in clean water for two days. Change the water once a day.

Bring 1,400 grams of water to a boil, turn off the heat, pour in sugar, honey, white vinegar, and soy sauce and stir well. Let the sugar and honey melt completely.

When the juice is completely cool, drain the sugar garlic and pour it into the adjusted juice.

Pour the sugar garlic and juice into a small jar and seal it. You can eat it in about 30 days.
