Leek and Meat Wonton

Bought wonton wrappers for spare

Wash the spring leek, drain and chop finely

Put leeks and minced forelegs in a large bowl

Add salt, chicken essence, star anise powder, peanut oil and mix well

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put in an appropriate amount of leek meat
