Leek Chicken Cake

Wash and chop the leeks.

Beat the eggs.

Add appropriate amount of salt and starch to the egg liquid and beat evenly.

Add chopped chives and beat evenly.
5.
Pour it into a container (cover the container with plastic wrap) and steam it for about 10 minutes.

Cut into pieces and serve on a plate.

Tips:
The plastic wrap in the container is easy to demould. A layer of oil can also be applied to the inner wall. Eggs should be beaten more, otherwise they will become hard after being steamed.
