Leek Dumplings

Wash the leeks and set aside.

Chop the cleaned leeks, put them in a bowl, and set aside.

After the leeks are chopped, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir well and marinate for one minute.

When the leeks are marinated for about one minute, drain the water and set aside.

Break the three eggs and mix well.
6.
Put the oil in the pan, wait for the oil to boil, add the beaten egg liquid, fry until ready for use.

Chop the fried eggs and set aside.

Mix the eggs and chives, add a few drops of cooking oil, and mix well.

Take a dumpling wrapper, put the dumpling filling in the middle, and set aside.

After adding the dumpling filling, fold it in half and pinch it tightly.

Place the thumb and index finger of both hands on the two ends of the dumpling and pinch it firmly, as shown in the figure.
12.
Repeat the above actions, squeeze all the dumplings, put them in the freezer, and eat them at any time.
Tips:
Dumplings can be in any shape, as long as they don’t boil.
