My husband likes to eat this kind of fried noodles. It is not greasy and suitable for breakfast. It is also convenient to cook. Stir-fried ingredients like leek yellow can be fried the night before. You can eat it with the noodles the next morning. Time saving.

Ingredients

Leek Huang Xiang Dry Fried Noodles

1. Cut the dried fragrant into small strips

2. Shred the lean meat and marinate it with cooking wine

3. Cut the leek yellow into small pieces

4. Pick up the frying pan and pour the lean meat

5. Stir fry for a minute

6. Then add the fragrant dried noodles and stir fry

7. Finally, pour in the leek yellow

8. Stir-fry for a minute, then add some light soy sauce and set aside

9. Prepare a pot of hot water
