Leek Omelette
1.
Three eggs and a handful of leeks.
2.
Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces, and beat the eggs into a larger plate.
3.
Heat the oil and fry the leeks first.
4.
Stir-fry the leeks and add some salt.
5.
Put the fried leeks in the egg mixture and stir well.
6.
Put the oil in the hot pan, pour it in and fry slowly on low heat. When the bottom is solidified, shake the pan, turn it over and fry the other side after it is completely free from the bottom of the pan. Just fry.
7.
Finished product.
Tips:
1. Use a frying pan or a non-stick pan. Fried eggs are more suitable, use less oil and not easy to paste.
2. A small amount of salt is enough, and it is generally better to add leeks.
