Leek Shrimp and Egg

Prepare materials.

Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces.

Drain the water after thawing the shrimps.

Add some milk to the eggs and beat them into egg liquid.

Set the pot to light, pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, turn off the heat when the oil is hot, and pour in the egg liquid.

Stir with a spatula and serve after solidification.

After the eggs are served, turn on the fire, pour the shrimps in with a little oil in the pan, and fry them into a semi-cooked shape.

Pour in the leeks and stir fry.
9.
Add salt, add eggs, stir fry a few times, turn off the heat.
Tips:
Shrimp, I peeled the live shrimp that I bought, and peeled more at a time, put in the freezer according to the amount, and defrost when you want to eat
