Leek Skewers with Tofu Skin

1. Wash the leeks and blanch them in boiling water.

2. Wash the tofu skin, boil the water and add less than salt, and cook for one minute on low heat.

3. Cut the bean skin into thick strips, and cut thick slices of ham.
