Leishan Boiled Old Tofu

Ingredients: Lei bamboo shoots, old tofu (cut open), chives

Peel the bamboo shoots and remove the old roots to clean them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Afterwards, put the cut bamboo shoots in a pot of water, blanch for 5 minutes, and then remove them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the cut old tofu and fry it.

Then, put in the blanched bamboo shoots, add an appropriate amount of water, stir and bring to a boil.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.
