Leishan Fried Snails

Ingredients: Lei bamboo shoots, flower snails (cleaned), chives

Peel the bamboo shoots, cut off the old roots, and clean them.

Afterwards, lower the cut bamboo shoots into a pot of water and blanch for 5 minutes.
