Lemon Balm

Wash the lemon with salt, and set aside the yellow rock sugar.

Remove 2 heads of lemon, deseed and slice.

Put a layer of lemon slices in the rice cooker.

Put another layer of rock sugar.
5.
Repeat this to add all the lemon slices and rock sugar.

Start the soup function, remember to stir 2 times in the middle. Lemon and rock sugar will boil quite juicy when heated.

After the boiling function is over, keep it warm for 6 to 8 hours.

Finished picture. It can be stored for 1 month by putting it in an airtight jar and putting rock sugar in the air.
Tips:
After a long period of heat preservation, the lemon paste will thicken.
