Lemon Balm

The lemon is rubbed with salt to wash the outer skin, and then rinsed with water.

Scrub the lemon to remove both ends.

Cut it into thin slices and remove the seeds. It will be bitter if you don't remove the lemon seeds.

Place a layer of rock sugar in the inner pot of the rice cooker.

Spread another layer of lemon slices.

Shop them all in order.

Select the soup button of the rice cooker, and then press the power button.

After the function is over, it will automatically enter the heat preservation function and keep it warm for about 8 hours.

After the heat preservation, the lemon paste is already very thick.

Wash and sterilize the bottle, put the cooled lemon paste into the bottle, seal it and store it in cold storage.
Tips:
1. The bottle of lemon paste must be sterilized at high temperature and dry the water.
2. Keep the lemon paste sealed and refrigerated. Every time you eat it, you must dig it with a clean, water- and oil-free spoon.
3. Take out each time with a clean spoon, and drink with warm water.
