Lemon Chicken Feet
1.
Wash all the materials and cut them for later use.
2.
Put the chicken feet in a pot and boil, boil for 3 minutes, remove and soak in cold water.
3.
After the chicken feet are cool, pour out the water, add all the ingredients and mix well, then cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to keep fresh. You can eat after 2 hours.
4.
Take it out in the middle and flip it a few times to make it evenly tasty.
Tips:
The chicken feet should not be cooked for too long, otherwise the skin will break and it will not be crispy. If it is better with Thai-style chicken juice, I recently have an upset stomach and can’t eat spicy food, so I use concentrated chicken juice instead. Not bad.
