Lemon Chicken Feet
1.
Wash the chicken feet, cut off the toenails, put it in a pot, add water that has not been used for the chicken feet, cut a few slices of ginger and put it in, then add a bottle of rice wine (cooking wine is also acceptable, I like to use rice wine) to boil on high heat, turn Continue to cook for 5-6 minutes on medium heat (just cooked)
2.
After cooking, remove the chicken feet and rinse under the water faucet for a while (to flush out the gum of the chicken feet)
3.
Coriander (that is, cilantro), remove the yellow leaves, remove the roots and wash to control the moisture, wash the Chaotian pepper to control the moisture, and peel the garlic seeds
4.
Chop chili, cut coriander into sections, and slice garlic seeds into a large container with a lid
5.
Pour in the light soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar, stir well, and taste what suits your taste.
6.
The washed chicken feet are chopped in half, put in and soaked, then half a lemon is cut into thin slices, and finally poured in sesame oil (that is, sesame oil). Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator (actually, it’s okay if you don’t put it in the refrigerator in the weather of more than ten degrees), and you can take out the chicken feet and eat it after four hours.
7.
After the chicken feet are eaten, you can cut some cucumber strips to soak in, or put some black fungus that has been soaked and washed. The soaked flavor is also very delicious!
Tips:
Chicken feet are rich in gums, so after they are cooked, they should be rinsed under a faucet. If they are soaked directly, they will lose the flavor if they become frozen.
