Lemon Cod

Wash the cod fish, spread some black pepper and sea salt on both sides and marinate for 10 minutes.

Marinate the cod fish and wash the snow peas.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan and fry the codfish.

Fry until the cod is slightly golden on both sides. Add snow peas and continue to fry for about 1 minute. Turn off the heat.

Put the cod fish and snow peas on a plate, sprinkle some black pepper and sea salt on the surface, put lemon slices on it, and squeeze the lemon juice on the surface of the cod fish when eating.
Tips:
1. The silver cod is tender and not easy to fry for a long time. It can mature in 2 and 3 minutes.
