Lemon Duck

First, the duck is removed from the stray hair, rinsed with blood, and chopped into small pieces. Marinate with cooking wine and ginger for ten minutes.

Cut the sour ginger into shreds and the lemon into small cubes.

Fry the duck meat in a pan and dry it with water.

Add lemon, sour ginger, soy sauce, and salt, and simmer for more than 20 minutes. There are elderly people in my family who want to eat something rotten, so I put it in the Adi pot and pressed it for 10 minutes.

Put the green onions at the end and serve.
