Lemon Duck Wings

Wash the duck wings and cut each duck wing into thirds

Prepare ginger slices

Boil water, add 2 slices of ginger and duck wings, blanch for 5 minutes

Rinse the duck wings with running water and check if there are any hairs, if any, pluck them out

Heat the pan with oil, add ginger slices and sauté
6.
Add duck wings and hot water, because the ceramic pot will crack easily if cold water is added
7.
Add cooking wine, salt and oyster sauce
8.
Add black pepper and 2 slices of lemon
9.
Stir evenly, cover with lid and cook on low heat for 25 minutes
Tips:
1. Add water to the ceramic pot to heat the water to prevent the pot from opening
2. After blanching, check for duck feathers and pull them off. After blanching, they are easy to pull out.
