Lemon Enzyme

I use 6 large lemons, soak them in salt water for half an hour and then scrub them with salt.

Wipe the lemon dry so that no moisture remains, cut into thin slices, and remove the seeds. (Otherwise it will be bitter)

Prepare a glass bottle without moisture. Spread a layer of lemon and a layer of rock sugar underneath, and repeat until the last layer is covered with lemon, and finally pour white vinegar over the lemon.

Keep it sealed, don't need to put it in the refrigerator, just put it in a ventilated place! You can drink it within half a month!

Tips:
How to eat: One spoonful of lemon juice and two slices of lemon are mixed with water and drink once a day! Be sure to use a clean spoon to avoid spoilage!
