Lemon Fish

The mullet is killed and washed alive.

Cut winter melon and mushrooms into thin slices.

The mullet is cut into thin slices and placed under the faucet, and rinsed with small water.

Add oil to the hot pot and fry the fish bones for a while. Add the winter melon slices and bring to a boil.

Add mushrooms and cook until the soup is thick and whitish, remove the fish bones, winter melon, and mushrooms to a large bowl.

Drain the fish fillets and add a pinch of salt while cooking the soup, and set aside.
7.
After the pure soup is boiled, add fish slices, lemon slices, boil, pour the fish bones and winter melon together with coriander.
8.
Pour hot oil.
Tips:
Fish fillets must be rinsed, and only after fully absorbing water can they become white and tender!
