Lemon Gum

Wash one lemon and wipe off the surface moisture

Take the lemon zest (be careful not to take the white part)

Cut into thin strips (I used a paring knife to take the whole strip, so I have to cut it a bit smaller)

Take out coarse and fine granulated sugar and set aside (you can use other granulated sugar, salt is fine too)
5.
Take 80 grams of coarse granulated sugar and fine granulated sugar respectively, mix them with the zest of half a lemon, and place them in a jar sealed and preserved
6.
Shake it every day to prevent the sugar from clumping completely (the lemon peel will pickle a little water during the period) and pickle for 3-5 days
