Lemon Honey

Prepare materials.

Rub the lemon with salt to clean the fruit wax.

Rinse it with clean water, dry it, or wipe it with a paper towel.

Cut the lemon into slices. Remove the seeds, because the seeds will have astringent taste, I did not remove them.

Put the lemons in a clean jar.

Pour the honey.

Put the lid on and keep in the refrigerator.
8.
It can be drunk in a week, brewed with warm water.
Tips:
It must be refrigerated after it is done. If it is not refrigerated, the water will be damaged. It is best to choose spring honey or nectar. Winter honey will solidify in the refrigerator.
