Lemon Honey

Wash the container and dry it to make sure it is free of oil and water.

Wash the fresh lemon with salt, rinse and dry. Slice with a knife. Put a spoonful of honey for every slice of lemon in the container until it is full.

After being refrigerated in the refrigerator for a week, the honey and lemon are fully fused and can be used by opening the lid. Two slices of lemon and one spoonful of honey are flushed with water, sweet and sour!
