Lemon Honey Orange Tea
1.
Lemons and oranges are washed with salt to remove the wax on the epidermis. You can brush them vigorously with a clean toothbrush. They are really dirty.
2.
Rub lemon and orange to get dander, save some peel and cut into thin filaments, don't rub all into dander, this can increase the taste. Cut the two kinds of pulp into small pieces and remove the lemon seeds. If you are afraid of hardship, you can cut off the white layer under the skin of the lemon and orange. I didn't cut it because I thought it would add a little flavor. (Well, it's actually because of laziness)
3.
Add rock sugar and cook slowly over medium heat. You can add a small amount of water. It doesn't matter if you don't add it, because the fruit contains a lot of water, which takes about 30 minutes.
4.
Continue to cook, stirring in due course.
5.
Remove from the heat when the flesh is strong. I like the taste of lemon tea with a bit of fruit, so the peel is more shredded and larger, and if you don’t like it, you can cut it less or not.
6.
After cooling, add honey to adjust. The amount of honey is according to your favorite taste.
7.
Put it into an air-tight container without water and oil and put it in the refrigerator. Take it out and rinse it with warm water when you drink it (the water temperature is best within 80 degrees, too high water temperature will destroy the nutrition of honey)!
