Lemon Honey Tea
1.
Prepare the materials (spread a pot of boiling water and cool to about 60°)
2.
After washing the lemon a little bit, add salt.
3.
After repeated scrubbing 2-3 times, rinse off with clean water.
4.
Remove the head and tail, and cut into slices.
5.
After the boiling water has cooled to about 60°, add lemon slices and soak for about 15 minutes.
6.
After the lemonade cools to about 40° again (you don't need to burn your mouth), add some honey.
7.
Stir well and drink.
8.
You can also put it in the refrigerator to drink after 3-4 hours with the lid on. The taste is better.
Tips:
Dry lemons can be used without fresh lemons. Of course, fresh lemons have the highest nutritional value.
It is best not to use boiling water directly for soaking lemons, because too high temperature will destroy the vitamins in lemons.
When the water temperature drops to about 40°C, add honey. The high temperature will destroy the active ingredients of the honey (the water temperature is subject to not burning your mouth).
Both hot and cold drinks are okay, and you can brew it several times.
