Lemon Meringue Pie-depp Baking Lab

The butter is softened and mixed with flour, powdered sugar and salt by hand kneading method;

You can make pie fillings while baking the pie crust. Pour whipped cream, beaten eggs, egg yolks, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest into a large bowl.

Stir thoroughly with a whisk (a manual whisk is fine), sieve and set aside.

Making meringue: After mixing the sugar and starch, add it to the egg whites and stir until hard foaming;

Tips:
The unused pie crust can be stored in refrigeration and will be used next time after taking it out and thawing
If you want the pie filling to have a finer texture, you can sift the pie filling 1-2 times.
