Lemon Passion Fruit Honey

Rub the lemon skin with salt and dry the skin with water.

Tips:
1. Sophora japonica honey has a light scent of Sophora japonicus in the mouth, and the taste is sweet. It is more suitable for preparing lemon passion fruit honey.
2. When brewing lemon passion fruit honey, the water temperature should not exceed 40 degrees, otherwise the nutrition will be easily lost.
