Lemon Scented Madeleine

Mix the egg whites, sugar and lemon shavings and beat well

Sift in low powder and baking powder and stir evenly with a rubber knife

Pour the melted butter into 2 and stir well with a rubber knife

Cover with plastic wrap and put the stirred batter in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Pour the refrigerated batter with a spoon into the buttered mold in advance, and it will be 80% full. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 12 minutes. The temperature and time are determined by each oven.

Knock out the baked Madeleine gently and let cool.
Tips:
Sift the flour in advance, let the butter cool down slightly after melting, and brush the butter in advance on the mold.
According to the different molds, most Madeleines are golden yellow. For this mold of my house, I also tried to increase the temperature, but the effect is not very satisfactory. I guess I can only make this color. However, It looks pretty cute too :)
