Lemon Tea

Rub the lemon with salt!

Cut the lemon zest into small pieces, and remove the white film from the flesh to loosen it and pack it separately.

Boil the lemon zest in boiling water for two minutes, then boil it in a pan under cold water to cause discoloration, add brown sugar and pulp, and cook for half an hour on low heat. It tastes better if refrigerated. . .
