Lemon Tea Honey

Scrub the lemon.

Scrape off the peel of the lemon.
3.
Cut the lemon zest into small filaments.
4.
Take the pulp.
5.
Boil the rock sugar in a pot, then add the lemon shreds and pulp and stir fry. Slowly fry until the pot becomes thick.
6.
After cooling, add honey and mix well.
