Lemongrass Prawns

After washing the prawns, use a toothpick to remove the shrimp thread. (Insert the toothpick into the meat at the penultimate or third joint, and then pick out the shrimp thread)

Put a small amount of oil in the pan, remove the shrimp thread and head, and fry in the pan until one side changes color

Turn over and fry until the other side is also discolored, and each side will take about 1 to 2 minutes.

Put the big prawns out, use the remaining oil in the pot to saute other ingredients except basil

Then add lemongrass sauce and water to mix evenly

Finally, add the prawns and basil; stir-fry evenly, and simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes.
