Ingredients

Lentil and Barley Pork Rib Soup

1. Wash the ginseng, polygonatum, lentils and barley; wash and cut the ribs and blanch them in water.

2. Put the northern ginseng, polygonatum, lentils, pork ribs and ginger slices in an electric clay pot, add 1 liter of water and cook for 2 hours.

3. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
