Lentil Braised Noodles

Cut lentils, green peppers, red peppers, onions, ginger, and carrots into shreds, and cut bacon into strips;

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the noodles after the water boils, you can roll it yourself, or use dried noodles, and boil the noodles until 5 minutes cooked;

Remove the half-cooked noodles and put them in cold water to cool them down;

Tips:
1. Lentils must be simmered before they can be eaten, otherwise it will cause poisoning;
2. Cook the noodles until they are half-cooked, and then simmer them at the end. It is better to make the noodles by yourself to make them more delicious.
