My family and I like to eat noodles, no matter what type it is, whether it is stuffed or not, especially since I can’t wait for three meals a day to be pasta! Flour is rich in protein, vitamins, carbohydrates, iron, calcium, phosphorus and other minerals and trace elements. Regular consumption of noodles is beneficial to our health. Today, I had something to do so I went home later than usual, so I decided to make a time-saving, simple and delicious braised noodle. Braised noodles are also my favorite. There are still some lentils in the refrigerator at home, so I made this lentil braised noodles. Lentils are vegetables that we often see in our lives, and they are also rich in nutrition.

Lentil Braised Noodles

1. Cut lentils, green peppers, red peppers, onions, ginger, and carrots into shreds, and cut bacon into strips;

2. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the noodles after the water boils, you can roll it yourself, or use dried noodles, and boil the noodles until 5 minutes cooked;

3. Remove the half-cooked noodles and put them in cold water to cool them down;

4. Put a little blending oil in the wok, and then add the bacon. If you don’t like bacon, you can also put in raw pork and other meats.

5. Stir-fry the bacon to get the fragrance, and then add the fat, then add the green onion and ginger to explode the fragrance;

6. Put shredded lentils in the pot;

7. Stir-fry for a while, cover the pot, and simmer the shredded lentils until cooked;

8. Then put in carrots;

9. Stir fry a few times and add onions, green peppers and red peppers;

10. Stir fry a few times, then add light soy sauce;

11. Stir-fry evenly and add the noodles;

12. Stir-fry the ingredients a few times to make them even, cover and simmer for half a minute;

13. Put the braised noodles on a plate. Is the delicious lentil braised noodles appetizing?

Tips:

1. Lentils must be simmered before they can be eaten, otherwise it will cause poisoning;

2. Cook the noodles until they are half-cooked, and then simmer them at the end. It is better to make the noodles by yourself to make them more delicious.
