Lettuce

Soak the lettuce leaves for about 10 minutes in salt and water. (Soaking time should not be too long)

Rinse the lettuce with running water.

Break the lettuce into appropriate sections and place them in a drain basin for later use.

Add sesame oil to the sesame sauce bowl and stir well.

Then add light soy sauce and vinegar and mix well. If it is too dry, add a little cold water and mix well.

Add salt and white sugar and mix well.
7.
Use a garlic press to press the garlic into garlic paste and add it to the sauce, dipping or mixing well.
