Lettuce and Fish Dumpling Soup

Lettuce and fish dumplings are prepared (I forgot to take the fish dumplings)

Put the fish dumplings in cold water and add a few drops of sesame oil.

After the water boils, add the lettuce, add salt, chicken essence, and sugar

Just cook for another 4 minutes (if you want the lettuce to be softer, cook for 6 minutes)
Tips:
Choose green-green leaves instead of yellow-green leaves, which proves that there is not enough water, and lettuce with not enough water tastes a bit bitter.
