Lettuce and Meatball Soup Soaked Fritters

Soak the skins, soak the fungus in advance, peel and wash the lettuce

Cut fried dough sticks into sections, lettuce slices into hob pieces, soaked skins into strips, and fungus into small pieces

Put meatballs, soaked skins, fungus and salt in a pot of boiling water and cook for 2 minutes

Add lettuce cubes and lard and cook for 5 minutes. The heat is not too high. In the small pot I use, just turn on a low heat and cook slowly.

Add fried dough sticks, goji berries, sprinkle with pepper, and serve
Tips:
If you like to eat waxy lettuce, you can cook it for a while before putting the fried dough sticks. The fried dough sticks should not be soaked for too long. They must be all out of the pot when they are cooked, otherwise they will be too rotten.
