Lettuce Drizzled with Oyster Sauce

Rinse and quickly blanch the lettuce, (to eliminate pesticide residues), cut into sections and put on a plate for later use.

Dice the side dishes and set aside. (The cherry tomatoes go to the child)

Add oyster sauce and stir fry until fragrant. Add ginger, mustard greens and shallots to fry until fragrant. Pour in 200ml of water and bring to a boil. Put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, add water starch to thicken, add garlic and cherry tomatoes, mix thoroughly, and add sesame oil.

Pour the fried juice on the lettuce.
Tips:
Serving meals that are delicious with less oil. Blanching is to eliminate residual pesticides.
