Lettuce Hen Stew

Ingredients: fresh lettuce, hen, ginger, salt, peppercorns, a little wolfberry, hand-rolled noodles

Wash the hens and cut them quickly

Peel lettuce and cut into cubes; slice ginger and wash with goji berry bubbles

Add clean water to the casserole and put the hen nuggets (the water is below the surface of the chicken nuggets),

Bring to a boil over high heat, skim the foam

Add peppercorns, turn to medium-to-low heat, and boil for 1 hour

Add lettuce cubes, goji berries and some salt, cover, simmer on medium-low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes

Let the lettuce fully eat the broth and taste.

Tips:
Add enough water at a time, if not enough, you can add boiled water
