Lettuce in Oil
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Split the lettuce, then wash it and set aside.
3.
Mince garlic and cut dried chili into shreds.
4.
Start to make the sauce. Pour a little oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, put the dried chili shreds into the pot and stir fry to get a fragrance.
5.
Put the minced garlic in the pot and stir fry until it is fragrant.
6.
Put 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and a little salt into the pot. Heat until the sugar and salt melt to turn off the heat, and the sauce is ready. (There is a salty taste in the light soy sauce, so be careful when adding salt.)
7.
Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot to boil, blanch the lettuce in the pot for 30 seconds, then drain the lettuce and place it in a bowl. (When blanching the lettuce, you can put a few drops of cooking oil in the pot, so that the blanched lettuce is bright and beautiful.)
8.
Just pour the sauce in the pot on the lettuce.
