Lettuce in Oyster Sauce

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt to a small bowl.

Add water and starch, mix well and set aside.

Mince garlic and set aside.

The whole lettuce is broken into pieces, washed, and the larger outer lettuce is separated and divided into two.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add some oil and salt.

Tips:
