Lettuce Mixed with Jellyfish

Soak the jellyfish skin in water to remove the salt.

Wash and shred the soaked jellyfish.
3.
Boil water in the pot.
4.
Boil the jellyfish skin after boiling.
5.
The blanched jellyfish skin is served on a plate. Peel the lettuce and shred the old part.

Lettuce shreds and blanched jellyfish skin are put together.

Add appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, rice vinegar and sesame oil and mix well
