Lettuce Rice Gratin Mini Dumplings

50 grams northeast rice, wash lettuce and set aside.

There are about 20 mini meat dumplings.

Cut lettuce into small pieces and set aside.

Wash the rice and use Joyoung Soymilk to adjust the Mirun soymilk and squeeze it into a rice paste for later use.

Pour the squeezed paste into the milk pan, add the dumplings, and cook while stirring constantly.

Tips:
After pouring the paste into the pot, keep stirring during the whole process to avoid muddy bottom.
