Lettuce Salad

Peel lettuce, wash and shred, add salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

After marinating, squeeze out the moisture of the lettuce, add garlic, light soy sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and sesame oil and mix well.

Sprinkle with chili powder and chopped green onion and serve on a plate.
Tips:
If you can't eat spicy food, don't paste the chili powder.
