Lettuce Salad

Lettuce peeled, washed and shredded (forgive me for my bad knives, I cut it with shreds magically), carrots are peeled, washed and shredded for later use

Wash green onions, ginger, garlic, coriander, chili pepper, and houttuynia cordata, cut and set aside
