Lettuce Salad (quick Version)

Wash the lettuce, peel and cut into shreds.

Put it in a soup bowl, add salt, knead it repeatedly with your hands, and marinate for ten minutes.

Then knead it again. After the lettuce shreds and the water comes out, pour out the juice, add monosodium glutamate, white vinegar, and chili oil. If the salt is enough, you don't need to add more salt. If it is not enough, you can add a little more.

Mix well and serve.
