Lettuce Scrambled Egg Shreds

Wash the lettuce and cut it into shredded bamboo shoots.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and a few drops of cooking wine and stir well.

Heat oil in the wok, pour in egg mixture and fry until cooked.

Cut the fried eggs into shreds.

Heat the oil in a separate pot, add the green onion and stir fragrantly, then add the shredded bamboo shoots and stir-fry until cooked.

Season with salt and a little vegetable to taste.

Pour in the egg shreds and stir evenly, then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
Lettuce should not be fried for a long time, and the crispy taste and the emerald green color are more appetizing.
