Lettuce Vermicelli Roll

Main and auxiliary ingredients: lettuce, vermicelli, garlic

Soak the vermicelli with warm water first. Cut the soaked vermicelli twice and put it on the plate for later use.

Cut the garlic into cubes. Put oil in the pan, add half of the garlic granules, and fry them until slightly yellow.

Put the fried garlic diced and the remaining garlic diced into the vermicelli plate.

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt to taste, mix well and set aside.

Boil water in a pot, add lettuce leaves and blanch them. When the lettuce leaves collapsed, remove them immediately and put them in cold water.

Take a leaf of lettuce and put in an appropriate amount of vermicelli.

Roll it up. After being rolled, put it on the plate.

Do it in turn. Chop the remaining lettuce leaves. Then mix it with the remaining garlic vermicelli and put it in the center of the plate. Boil water into the pot and steam for 5 minutes.

Garnish with coriander and serve.
Tips:
It can also be wrapped directly with lettuce leaves, but it should be steamed after bundling with leek leaves.
