Lettuce with Garlic

1. Wash the lettuce, cut into sections and soak in water.

2. Add oil to the hot pan, add the minced garlic and fry for a while, add a small tablespoon of white wine and lettuce, and stir-fry. When soft, add salt to season and fry well, thicken the thick gorgon, and remove.
