The emerald green leaf tips and tender white stems are naturally suitable for making cold dishes. With the red millet pepper and fragrant garlic, you can't stop eating it.

Lettuce with Garlic Oyster Sauce

1. Wash vegetables

2. Chop garlic into minced garlic, mince millet pepper. Set aside the corn starch + water + oyster sauce + light soy sauce.

3. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, pour 1 tablespoon of tea oil and salt after the water is boiled, and blanch the washed lettuce for 10 seconds.

4. Serve the lettuce on a plate.

5. Turn the stove on a low heat, add a small spoon of tea oil, pour in the minced garlic and chopped millet pepper, and stir up the aroma.

6. Pour the well-mixed cornstarch + water + oyster sauce + light soy sauce on top of the sauteed garlic and millet pepper, shake gently to make the ingredients and turn off the heat.

7. Pour the mixed ingredients on the blanched light soy sauce.

Tips:

Add a little tea oil to the water to make the blanched dishes more beautiful. Adding a little salt to the water will remove the astringency of the lettuce, because light soy sauce and oyster sauce are both salty, so don't add salt.
